Trapped between a state of death and life, the Gilded Ghouls are constantly seeking stimulation. Something to make them feel alive again. Generally sinful souls in life, they are brought back to servitude by necromancers and liches. However, even after death, they are as self-centered and greedy as before. After being raised they skulk away in the night for self-indulgence. Drinking, fighting, stealing, and eating. But no food and no strength sticks to their bones. Frail and weak, all they are able to keep is stolen jewelry that adheres to their body. Driven mad by their new forms they are often found in graveyards digging up corpses consuming the remains while taking any shinies to feed their vanity.
